It has the volume only circuitry (FET?). I have several diff gen 12ers 'O's but this one hits ya in the gut and is proud to 'sing'. To be honest. I've never plugged her in. But I'm in 'O' 12er heaven when I pull this beaut out for an exercise! I just check on her for electronic config for your post. Guess what? She's still in tune after sitting for a several of months! AWESOME Ovation!!!

I've installed an OpPro with K&K pickups. I LOVE playing this guitar. A 12 string has been my primary guitar since '74, and I enjoy the sound and feel of this one more than any other I've ever had. You should have been here 3 weeks ago when Jeff was selling his A braced 1115 sunburst acoustic only. Brand new A braced body and bowl conjoined to a vintage original 1115 neck. It's the best sounding wood topped 12-string I've ever heard. Even better than Taylor. Dave
