Karl Good move Karl. I put one in my 1537 about 3-4 years ago. The original preamps are a 35 year old design. The newer ones are a 6-7 year old design. Big difference in technology, big difference in sound..... |

Glad you got it! I was ready to pull the trigger but then I thought I'll wait till I am really in the mood to electrify my 1547 again.
And for now I am happy with my new bridge I got from you and leave it acoustic only.
Congrats, best regards,
Kurt |

Location: SoCal | Kurt, is your 1547 meant to be acoustic only or to have electronics? |

Location: Munich, Germany | It's a regular Two Knobber, but since the electronics had a buzz I made it acoustic only.
But it's waiting to be electrified again - with the Reissue electronics. Someday.
Best regards,
Kurt |
