1617 is a Legend, not a Glen Campbell Artist.

Sounds like a nice guitar for the right buyer.

Key phrase is "for first eight acoustic models". The Legend came later, evolving from the Deluxe Balladeer, and by then the numbering didn't have the same meaning. Nevertheless, those are very nice guitars.

Even then it wasn't quite correct.

The original #7 was the Glen Campbell Deluxe Balladeer; a deep bowl not an "Artist" model.
