I'm not a typical PSA poster or a big fan of Guitar Center, but any of you that know me know that I think the UKII is one of the greatest solidbody guitars on the planet.

There's one at the Guitar Center in Oklahoma City for $499 with all the case candy and original case, and in excellent condition.

It's the brown burst like mine, but older style bridge.

If it was a white one, I'da snagged it.

Guitar Center's number: 405-810-9191

I saw a couple others on the GC Used list, one of which was mislabeled a Viper. And there was a Legend with a winged bridge, probably mislabeled as a 70's model.

Looks good, I sent them an email for a shipping quote. It has the good bridge, not that crummy metal one. :)

The price should include shipping.

If its there next Monday, I'll check it out.

I'm not looking to buy. A friend who died last year played a UKII when we got together. A little hesitant to approach his widow, but would like to have it.

I guess I know why they didn't answer my email... but that's OK, it'll be available again soon!

Jim,

Hope you still have to bring to Tennessee next time you come.

BTW; Pics by the palm tree.

I don't think I'll be bringing an electric on vacation. Maybe the Washburn parlor.

I'd like a white one too......

My black one is a bit rough........might be a worthwhile project to redo it in Pearl White.....
I have a new gold metal bridge and tuners

Steve have you still got that body and neck we talked about ages ago?

BTW $499 in an "indecent" price for a UK11
