Despite popular belief I actually do sell some of my guitars too. I sold 3 over the last few weeks : a 1966 Fender Electric XII ; A white Gibson Firebird Reissue and a Reissue Gretsch Duojet. I'll probably now sell my Standard Balladeer to make room for the 2080 ! Regards, Tom

Doc, I've got to believe you'll be very impressed with the sound of that guitar. Let us know what you think. Thank you , I will let you know what I think of the sound and the playability. I wasn't at all impressed with the looks of this guitar at first. It took me some time to warm up to it. But once I did, I started wondering why I didn't like it at first sight. As some have mentioned , I guess it grows on you.I think I thought it it looked a little too avante gard/futuristic at first. Now I just think it looks pretty cool. I'm sure the looks will make it a conversation piece. The various threads and discussion about this model made it easy to love as well. So I will patiently await it's arrival and then post my thoughts. Regards, Tom

Crisp, sharp looks with a killer neck and top-notch electronics... wait a minute, why don't I own one of these?

I hear you about the impulse buying; I've gotten to the point where I really need to sell off some guitars before buying new ones !! Never thought I'd say that !! Regards, Tom
