I've not long ago bought one of these gems myself (on eBay). It is also an FRG. Unfortunately, it is in my cousin's house in LA as I can't find a cheap shipping option to Oz.
I've just got one question about the guitar - does it have an xlr jack like in the Al DiMeola model?

BTW, I paid $1000 + $30 s+h.

It's impossible to find decent photos of it on the net (or even Ovation's site) Could you possibly post a few more shots from different angles?

Hey StandingO, how much did you get for it in the end. I notice your reserve wasn't reached.

On eBay Australia, they don't allow us to set a reserve on most items.
