I've bought on ebay USA in the first week of December an old 1615-4 Pacemaker. It looks that it was in good condition, except of a little crack at headstock. So I've had submited my bid and then was going to sleep. The end of the auction was in the early morning. Next day I was looking and it was mine. I never thought that it was going so cheap. Now I paid it. So I was waiting...and waiting 2 weeks...3 weeks...4 weeks, then I emailed the seller for looking for it. He sent me back the package number and was very fair to me. But now I thought there is only a lot of trash, because no word of a case in the describtion. After 6 weeks I got a letter from the customs duty office, that I can pick up my "trash". When I opened the package, I was extremly surprised, the guitar was in it's original old case, both very dirty but in good condition. I've cleaned it, repaired the neck-crack, new strung, upgrated the pickup and the preamp and now it sounds like an angel and is shining nearly as new. I'm very happy with it. http://ovationfanclub.ning.com/photo/album/show?id=2194223%3AAlbum%... Bernie

I've upgreated all my old guitars with the latest generation of preamps. They all are sounding much better and I can change all the preamps to the gits like I would do, they are all from the "pro-series". Thats only great!! Bernie
