+1 ...The Proximity sensitive control circuit for electrical musical instrument, within my '97C continues to function as designed.

It will probably be removed and replaced with the FD14 electronics package early next year.

Two quick observations:

The patent is dated March 1998.
Does that make the device PAF or Pre-patent for the '97C?

The patent drawings depicts the device on an 1113... just seems odd.
