I need help analysing a youtube clip to see what chords he's playing near the end.

Behind Blue Eyes cover

The chord I need is after the "If my fist clenches" bit - right on the 3 minute mark.

Various tabs and chords show it as B G A & D. The B, A and D sound OK, but the G just sounds wrong. I really like the way this guy plays this song but for the life of me I can't make out what chords he's playing between 2:58 and 3:08. It certainly doesn't LOOK like a B, G or A, but I think there could be a D in there.

Or, alternatively, does anyone have another chord sequence for that part that fits as well as (or even better than) this version?

YES, I'm anal, and NO, I don't want to learn the limp bizkit version that leaves this bit out.

B A G D
Looks like he's just playing the DGDG for the G chord, so fretting the bass note on the G would be unnecessary.

B A G D

The B & A are good.
Instead of the G, I play a Dsus (pinky hit the G note on the high E sring) to a D. IMO, you don't need the full G chord there, just the note.

...(E)put your (B)finger (C)down my (D) throat and if I (B)SHiver please (A)give me a (D)blanket, keep me (B)warm let me (A)wear your (E)coat B - A... E - B - A , B....A.. Dsus, D

Brad, try playing it like that, except when you play the Dsus, play the G string open. (DGDG - no 5th or 6th strings)
