Location: Right now? | What a tease; beautiful creatures! I have most of the Beatles albums, but don't recognize this version, and I'd like to have it ... wish this video played the whole thing, but anyway, does anyone know?

Thanks in advance,

If you like parrots, I highly recommend a documentary made a few years ago, "The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill" . Informational and entertaining film about a former street musician who 'adopts' a flock of wild parrots. |

Interesting, because I live on Telegraph Hill Road! Not that one, though, haha ... this is my parrot, Luna (short for Lunatic) who thinks s/he is human ~ I dare you to try and steal her Italian bread. She LOVES me but she'll eat YOUR head!
Thanks for the info, Waskel!

| I heard the author of this book interviewed on NPR. If parrots interest you, it's a must read.

Location: Right now? | Yes, Alex, an African Grey, was quite famous. He just recently died. He was extremely intelligent. My Luna is very smart, and she dances, sings (she loves to sing "Walk on By" by Cake) She also poops on command! Really! She does!
Luna is an 18 month old 'mini' Macaw, one size smaller than those big guys. She is an Ara Severe (pronounced 'sev-er-ray', although people usually say 'severe') She's about two feet from head to tail, give or take a few inches.

| An update, Willa. After I responded to you, I was wondering why my book hadn't arrived from Amazon. I found my wife had immediately intercepted and read it then put it aside without telling me.
No wonder she suddenly wants a parrot. |
