Look, I'm no professional but to me your husband sounds like he's in a bad place. Dispite the fact that he rants on and on here like a total freaking lunatic and then turns his dying wife on the wolfpack in some sort of odd retaliation, I would truely feel bad to read about him in tomorrows newspaper.
Why the two of you are choosing to lay this out and engage in a keyboard war of words on an internet guitar chat forum is beyond me, but that's your right. I don't know why the responses should surprise you.

You know what, people did provide constructive criticism. Since it wasn't what you wanted to hear, you took your ball and went home and sent Mommy back to spank the other boys and tell on them. Tell pussy boy that if he has a problem with our reaction, he should address it directly with us like everyone else instead of running away and hiding behind Mommy's skirts.
People DID show concern. A lot of it. Go fucking read the words.
And if this is truly Char, what gives you the right to come here and tell us how we should behave? After everything everyone has done for Glenn despite all the trials and tribulations he put people through here? Huh? He was welcomed back and forgiven after he fucked over some people we consider brothers. People here gave him a chance to make it right. This is an inclusive group. You of all people should be grateful your fallen angel has fallen into the arms of people here.
Many times the love you get here is Tough Love. That's because there are a lot of good, honorable, loyal people here. You want life sugar-coated? That's a crappy way to live and we're not phoney people who will not do that to our comrades. You can find that elsewhere where they truly do not care about each other.
