Location: Appleton, WI | Selling Two so I can buy One:
If you are interested I can email pictures of both
Guitar number 1: This is a beautiful near mint 1991 Pearl white Ovation Elite 12 string guitar (model 1758). The epaulets were laser etched into the body instead of using the wood epaulets glued to the top of the guitar (One very nice upgrade). The frets are as level as a new guitar. Electronics work perfect. It has outstanding sound plugged in or acoustic. Very little playing time and has been in a climate controlled, smoke free room. At some point before I owned it, the guitar was damaged in shipping and it was sent to the Ovation factory where a new body and top were used with the existing neck and electronics. $995 price tag Includes OHSC but the buyer pays shipping.
I did think about selling this guitar a few months ago (listed on eBay) but ended the auction early when I got cold feet. I am now motivated and I’m ready to sell.
Guitar number 2: I have a picture of my wife (then my girlfriend) when she was 16 (she is now 45) holding my first ovation…this timeless 1975 Sunburst Ovation Legend (model 1671-1, silver tag) This is a very nice 35 year old guitar There are no finish cracks or dings on the top or on the neck. The bowl shows no signs of wear and the gold tuners look like new. The electronics work great and the vol cap is org and is very nice. The body strap button works well but does not tighten up and I have never looked into fixing it. I also have the original brown case however it does show its age All the hardware is there and works like the day it left the factory but it too is 35 years old and it’s not perfect. I would rate it a solid 6.5 out of 10. My target price on this one is $675. Again the buyer pays shipping.
I also have an Ovation Viper III w/case (thinking $995) and a Taylor 415 w/case(thinking $1100) that I will be posting tomorrow after I do a little more research on their current value.

Location: Appleton, WI | Thanks, I love the guitar ( I love them all) but I'm just feeling like it is time for a change. It is a deep bowl. I'll do my best to get some pictures posted but here is the link to my craigslist link, which does have some pictures for the 12.
