Location: Chicago | Zany (and good!) Brits "Delta Sleep" feature their Viper in a new Psycho-delic vid. Despite the camp, these guys are very good!

Location: Boise, Idaho | Dobro gave a pretty strong clue when he said "Viper" in his post. Lots for sale. Do some googling. Check ebay completed listing. $400 and up is what I've seen, typically $500-$600, except for the Viper IIIs, which are considerably higher. |

Location: SoCal | That's a later one. The earlier ones had the switch above the knobs and "Ovation" in white on the pickguard. Your's also had the later, chrome, Schaller bridge.... |

Location: Jet City | Kit, yours is one of the last models made. I've had a bunch of these now. The first ones had "Viper" in the pickguard, the switch in front of the volume and tomne knobs (tele style as mentioned above), and the old style plastic covered bridge just like this one I used to have...
The switch kept getting in the way for me, and must have for others too because the moved the location to the under the volume/tone. The earlier ones still had "Viper" in the pickguard, and that's what you see in the video above. Eventually the "Viper" was removed from the pickguard. The last revision was the bridge. The later models like yours have the all chrome bridge. My personal favorite, but I'm biased. That's the bridge I'm used to having had it on my UKII since 82. These are a couple of examples of the last ones. The natural with the ebony fingerboard is the one I still have...

Location: Connersville, Indiana | Moody, Damon thank you for the update and info on my Viper. I can see in the pics the difference you were talking about. That really helps. Anyway I do love this guitar and the hot pickups. I'm really enjoying the blonde looks. I always get friends and family asking what it is. Again thank you.
