Location: Sunshine State, Australia | Just discovered this tonight. Some websites somehow know if you're using Download Helper in Firefox and it stops the stream from playing. This new (for me) method works flawlessly, and you don't have to download any 'extentions'.

The Activity Monitor [Window > Activity] of the Safari web-browser allows to see the list of URLs that the Safari browser accesses. You can easily identify the streaming link in the Activity Monitor by the growing number showing the amount of traffic received. If you double click on such a link, you will be able to download it to your hard drive. |
