I picked up an ugly, but playable Matrix (1977 per SN) on Craigslist. The rosette is gone but there are some small pieces and remnants of glue still on the guitar. How can I remove them? I was thinking of heat but wanted to make sure first.

Also, are there any Sacramento area members out there?

FYI, I was finally able to scrape the remaining bits off and the good news is that I contacted John Bundy and he's sending me a replacement rosette. Given the changes that have occurred with the company, it's nice to see that John is still providing stellar service.

PS- When can I post on the other forums?
