| I just wanted to post a comment to praise John at KMC and their great service . I'm new to the forum and I made a post asking if anyone knew where I might get a bridge saddle for a 1612-4 and it was suggested that I give John at KMC a call . I received the best service that I have had in a very long time and he was able to help me . Thanks to John and Old Man Arthur my ovation will play like it should again . This is really a great forum , I'm so happy to be a part of it . Jim |

I agree with you 100% about John and company. They've taken care of me more times than I can count.
