I'm looking for an Ovation with shallow bowl, round soundhole (no leaves), and a bonded (bound) neck. Do they still make anything like that? If not, what used model should I be looking for?

Look for an 1867 (Legend) or 1869 (Custom Legend). There are always several 1869s available on eBay so it's fairly easy pickings to find a good one. I don't think they make the shallow bowls anymore so you can't get a new one - besides, US made is the way to go if you can.

That's not an 1869. Maybe an 1867...

My bad. It's listed as a 1867, typed the wrong one.
