John Denver was a huge influence in my teenage years, and my getting into guitar. I could not in good conscience NOT try. So I put in the biggest bid I could go, and Thanked them very much for the opportunity to bid on one of his Guitars! They of course Declined the offer, but By God! Better to have tried and failed than never to have tried! It was SO Exciting Dave!!! I know it is a pain in the butt for the people on the other side, but it meant SO much to me to be able to have bid on one of his Adamas, and I was very polite, and Thanked them. And I did put in a bid as to what I thought an un-famous(?) Adamas would go for, I put a real amount, not like .50. Yes, at least I tried, I can honestly say that I bid on a John Denver 12 String Adamas! | ||
