All I can recall after hanging up was getting a distinct impression that He "knew it all and felt everyone else was an idiot." :rolleyes: It didn't matter if it was guitars, religion, politics, or whatever; if you didn't agree with him, he had no use for you. :p Eventually, I went to GC in Atlanta and spent way more than I would have paid him. They at least spoke respectfully and treated me considerately, even if they couldn't match his price. :cool: | ||

I have spoken with him several times, and he was a chatty and very highly opinionated guitar fan, traits I have observed on this board occasionally. ;) | ||

I called him once, looking for a GP pickguard. :eek: When you're the only game in town for NOS stuff, I guess you can ask anything you want. | ||
