As Stephen said, we always like to see new members who appreciate quality guitars like the 6778LXNEB. I mean anyone who would own one of these fine beauties is surely a person of distinction, class and good taste, worthy of high office and prestige... and probably a darn good picker as well. Sir, we are honored to have such a respectable personage as yourself join our club. I'm sure you will easily stand out from the other 30 Steves (other... members who may not have your discerning taste in fine instruments). Got any carrots?

But we all play Ovations, with occasional after curfew forays to the dark side where the Guilds, Larrivees, Breedloves, etc. lurk. I played Guilds exclusively for many years. I still like Guild guitars. I LOVE my Ovations. [sniff.... it's such a tender moment....}

The guitar you bought, in fact the current USA Elite line, is probably one of the best bargains in acoustic/electric guitars going today. They're beautiful, built with great care (I saw them doing it!!) and attention, are extremely consistant quality-wise as a product line, and sound as good as many guitars selling for twice as much, IMHO. Its like I told my wife;I have very expensive tastes in musical instruments;especially in this area,it is true:You get what ya pay for!!! Your tastes, in this case, aren't expensive. They are, however, very discerning. In an Ovation, I think you get more than you pay for.
