1866 Tuners

I'm looking at a 1998 1866 12 string. All the Ovation specs for this model says it has gold Ovation tuners, and all the clear pics I can find online seem to show gold tuners. This one has chrome or nickel Schaller tuners (marked as Schaller) with pearl buttons.

Are these definitely replacements or could they be original? Thanks!

Location: Corpus Christi, TX		I have an 1866 and it has the gold tuners. I've never seen one with silver but then again I am not a definative source
