| Hi,
I made an account just to ask. I received a used Ovation CS24-4 guitar when I was in 8th grade, a decade+ ago and it was always missing the cover for the battery. At first it wasn't a problem because I always played it acoustic, unplugged. But recently I've needed the amp, and I've resorted to tapping the battery down for the battery to have enough connection. This is obviously a short term solution, and I've been on the market for the battery cover. So my three questions are:
1. Does this particular model of guitar have a battery holder that slips into the 9-volt battery slot? or is it just a plastic cover?
2. Is anyone selling this?
3. Does anyone know the dimensions of this batterholder/cover? I'm thinking maybe I can 3-D print it?
Thank you! |

A photo of you guitar battery box would help.
Some have a sliding cover, some have a slide-in battery holder.
I am going to guess that it is the Holder.
here is one... http://stmmusicgear.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=...

| It looks like this: I think it's a Ovation Celebrity OP4BT Preamp. Would the link you posted work for this one?

Would the battery box that I posted work in yours?
I am not sure.
