| ...for my Applause AA13 (SN #440545). Don't know it's precise age but bought it new 25-30 years ago. Trying to restore it for my grandson. Found one guy on eBay who has AA13 parts listed but I can't get him to respond to several repeated inquiries about the ferrule that fits onto the tuning peg.
Am new to this club, by the way. Loved the welcome letter and the manifesto. Both brilliantly conceived and written.
Not sure how much I'll be able to bring to the Ovation table... I have - in addition to the AA13 - a 1527 which I played for literally thousands of hours as a worship leader for a missionary team in a closed country about as far as you can get from where I am now... without leaving the planet, of course.
But I play mostly a Langejans and a Lowden these days.
