Location: The State of Hockey | So after being in retirement for about ten years (do to frets needing to be replaced) I sent my first Ovation to the mothership for a re-fret today. It is a 1112-4 and I am giddy. I don't know why, maybe because it is my first love and I know that I will be able to play it again.
I know that it is is good hands with John and his crew. I never trusted any of the luthiers in my area. After all she is my baby. |

Location: South of most, North of few | I have NEVER been disappointed with the work those guys do. I have sent back 5 or 6 for major work, and they ALWAYS amaze me when they get back. You won't find a better company to deal with for repairs. |

Location: The State of Hockey | I have read in this forum how many times the mothership has repaired guitars. They have always repaired the guitar better than the owners expected. I don't know what took me so long to ship the 1112 to them. |

Location: Sunshine State, Australia | My cousin is heading to the US in June and he's taking my '05 back to the mothership for some 'attention'.
It's boxed up and sitting in his garage 600 miles away.
Am I excited? That's a no brainer. 'course I am.
Am I nervous? Oh, yes! (Its a long way from Queensland to Connecticut and back.) |
