Surfing the net I found these video of an italian storyteller (Branduardi; considered a minstrel). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPron-d4ADE&feature=related and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x62gPdIp8Ik&feature=related and many more..... It's a live performance recorded in 1983 in Rome. Personally I don't like this kind of music (I admit he is a nice guitar player), but they played a bunch of Ovation and Adamas guitars. From the video I recognized the AII, a classic O and probably a legend. Difficult to guess the models  Ciao Riccardo PS: even if I do not post as I would like, I log in here every day, so I am in tune !

Marenostrum is the latin form for "Mediteranean See" (Medi-terraneo), that stand for "sea among lands". I have choosen this in honor of another latin (and greek) word : Adamas.

I like to stroll about local markets in search of used/old stuff and memorabilia. recently I found an interesting and forgotten italian music magazine of the '70 showing adds and famous pop stars playing Ovation guitars I've never suspected. Steve Winwood and Gilberto Gil or Alan Sorrenti among many of italian folksingers of the time. As soon as I learnt how to upload pics here (suggestion welcome) you will see them. Riccardo
