I remember at the time a guy named Iian Fluckes was trying in the worst way to get Ovation to sponsor them in a big way, product and money.
We said no and he came right back and said we had to get behind the Bond guitar which had an equally star stubber ride up and as rapidly down.
I thik the third thing old Ian wanted us to get involved in was a Chardonnay winery. Might have been good but his two first strikes didn't let him in the door very far. Wanking Brit??? |

By the way, was there an endorsement problem with McCartney back in the 70's? |

A thouroughly generic, though classic, pop tune.
