Especailly annoyed because I had just finished typing a wonderful reply only to go and post to find in the mean time the thread was deleted already. I am truly sorry that this software allows the originator the ability to delete threads. You can't delete converstaions in life. They are there, good bad or indifferent, and they all make the world go 'round.

As far as "Dis'n" goes, I will say this. If Kaki really wants to make it in the music biz, she better learn the value of having fans, no matter where they are. We (nearly 2000 of us) have supported Kaki from day one, thanks to "popcritic," and have never seen a post or comment or mention even if sent via someone else or in any other media. In a couple of years or a bunch of years, whichever comes first, when the "next big thing" comes along and she isn't on contract, and isn't touring, we will still all be here and welcome her as a fellow artist and player of Ovation guitars. Finally, (putting my producer hat on) everyone likes to see a young new artist "make it." If there is even a glimpse of talent, we hype, promote and build a fan base. It's an investement in the future and in the future of music. An artist like Kaki has all the "makin's" and it's amazing the support she has received from the industry. What she does with that investment and her career, is now in her hands. I hope she doesn't waste it.

Sheet, dude, you should come to my current project (well, until Friday...beginning Monday, I'll be a FTE! First time I'll be non-self-employed in a looooong time...I'm so nervous...how do W2 employees act? What do they wear? But, I digres...) or maybe hang out at my house for a while. Especially at my house...on the days where I can't think straight due to GAS....if you think this is bad.... ;)

What a great novelty give-away for Kaman Music Corp. Have an "Ovation" ball cap, with a "Kaman" propeller on top :)

Also, be sure every one has the proper pitch setting to autorotate if the wind dies when your at altitude. Bailey
