I will do that if you want me to! I would be glad to lobby for you. How's Boise? I was on the phone with one of our salesguys out there for a total of about 3 hours in the last week.

Boise's great. Growing like crazy. Was 67 here yesterday, but only 50 today, so fall is finally here.
Lobby all you can. I don't have a Legend and really like the deep bowls, but a mid will do as well. Also, red is my favorite color. Don't get your hopes up though. I lobbied her last year for just a $160 Celebrity and she wouldn't do it. That's when I discovered ebay and OFC and kind of went off the deep end.
I still have one wall left in the basement. She who must be obeyed is named Linda, but I don't know if she'll read my private messages. She asked me what I wanted for Christmas, so fire away.

Noah already took a shot. Nice looking red CL, Noah. She just told me she wanted some cheap blender for Christmas, so I doubt it was in the price range she was thinking of.

Looks like the Porsche of mixers. Even named after a Porsche model with a price to match and in my favorite color.

I suspect that may be the infamous JackRabbit I've been seeing so much about in my spam mail. :) Red Cayenne is the color for especially fervent users.

Somehow, the fact that Cliff would kill for a mixer or some other item of culinary equipment doesn't surprise me. Apparently, I know as little about "culinary equipment" as my wife knows about Ovations. If she got as excited about mixers as Cliff does, I could work out a lot of trades with her over guitars and mixers.
Sorry Cliff. Still a mixer to me. Although the Red Cayenne was intriguing.

Once upon a time, Cliff, you might have felt this way; back when KitchenAid was the consumer brand for Hobart. Now they have reengineered much of their product to build margin at a particular price point. If you hit the homemade bread forums, you'll hear a lot of whining over plastic gears and poor quality and durability issues. There are some kickass mixers out there, sadly Kitchen Aid is not one of them. Google one of: "Kitchen Assistant" "Kenwood mixer"

And now back to guitars...

No wonder they needed to make contour bowls.

Back on thread, Momma says she has something else in mind (other than a new Legend) for me for Christmas. I'm not excited or surprised.
