I cannot find any link to customer support on their page, as they're redirecting traffic from outside US to a carvinworld.com. Description of problem: electronics doesn't want to start "right away". When they will start they work fine, but starting this guitar looks like this: plugging in jack amp, turning amp on, plugging in jack to Carvin, unplugging jack from amp, plugging it back. in 80% of cases, it starts then. If not, then i have to repeat unplugging / plugging jack. and it will finally start. Sometimes it looks like it starts for a second and shuts down again. After starting, it works fine without any issues, and i can unplug / plug jack anytime i want. I don't know if it might be a case, but i don't have grounding installation in home (there are only 2 electric wires - + and -) and i think this electronics might have module which starts it after getting "grounded". I've changed battery. any ideas?

Can you make a phone call to their place? I've been in touch with them for 3 seperate things now, and they've been VERY helpful. Do you need me to find a US number for you to call?

Umpteen strings, cables, and straps; a ballsy old X100B half-stack, and I just bought my second guitar, similar to yours but a 200 (I was bottom feeding). It'll take me weeks to figure these controls out. I'll wager a VXT doesn't even get this many tones. Nice and light, too-reminds me of an SG in a way. My other one, a 135 with a kahler I got in '87 is completely different-it's Les Paul-heavy, all maple. You can't even get one like it anymore. Also gets dozens of sounds. Yeah, they're pretty habit-forming. Let me know if Miles survives...

I know the Carvin has a variety of tone... but remember I'm a Bich-a-holic too... 2 Boosters (each with own Volume) Phase Switch 2 Coil Taps 6 Position Varitone Pickup Switch Tones and Master Volumes Not to mention... 10 strings. ![]() My MCS Bich 10 by Neal Moser

Yeah, and one more thing. Is it only me, or Carvin necks are quite fat? mine is slightly fatter than in Stratocaster.
