Location: CA | I've tried the search function but haven't found an answer. Awhile ago, on Reverb I think, there was an Ovation for sale that was advertised as having a wide (1 3/4") nut. It came and went and I don't remember the model number. I've owned a number of Os over the years, and love them except for the narrow necks. Anyone out there might know the model of the wide-neck? It was not a Folklore. It was a steel-string, center hole model with, as I remember, a deep bowl. Thanks! |

Hope you don't mind my chiming in. There's a thread back in 2017 named "1.75 nut width" (without the quotes). The OFC veterans put together a list of the models that you're looking for. There's even some 1.875" nut width models out there that might be of interest to you. Hope this helps! Happy hunting!
