The non-Ovation TRC finally started to bug me so I need to replace it. I've got a feeling I'd need a longer TRC. Thanks again for the helpful response MWoody.

If it would help, I can trace my Viper TRC onto thin cardboard for you. it is a two-layer black/white plastic piece with beveled edges. I won't swear it is orignal because the guitar is an MWoody creation.

I had a "replacement" TRC on it that came with it, it looked alright but was held on with one screw... I'm glad you guys are always so willing to help out. Sorry I'm one of those annoying kids who always have tons of guitar things going on, lol. :)

It's a shame that Ovation made some of the best electric guitars of their time, yet that aren't appreciated. I'd be in a tight spot if the pickups weren't original.

I wouldn't mind trying out some of those passive Preacher pickups if I could find them though. Thanks again MWoody.
