That's the reflection of the sky viewed on the shiny bowl of a Josh White.

Just killing time waiting for the BBQ to heat up.

I've seen similar shots taken off my head.

....speaking of shots to the head.

Excellent and interesting photo.
Almost fasinating.
That being said, this has to repesent some sort of benchmark / milestone / end or beggining of an era type of thing. With Dave's picture we have collectivly crossed some type of line. I don't know exactly what type... but I sure feel it.
So... I don't know where we go from here but we sure are on our way.
Excelsior!!!

". . Just killing time waiting for the BBQ to heat up . ."

It's Arizona, and it's (almost)Summertime.

Wouldn't it be easier t'just throw the meat out onto the driveway??

On second thought, the trebuchet is the thing that moved us across that "line" where other guitar sites fear to tread.
Dave's picture just adds more momentum to the new direction.

Sheesh... one minor little incident and my credibility is as lost as a guitar in a trebuchet.

Yes, it's 102 dry degrees. Normally it would work fine, but I just washed the car and the driveway is a little soapy.

That is a shot worth submitting to a photo contest; I'm not up on the kinds of categories they normally have, but surely along the lines of "reflective art." For whatever my two cents is worth, I think it's a great picture, Tuppy.

Dave ... nice shot. You should have the digital file "electronically" painted in oil on canvas, don the beret, and declare yourself an impressionist.

And if you manage to do a good "Jerry Lewis" the French guys might get a kick out of it.

Nice picture Dave! I miss one very important information: Is this a reissue or original josh White?

I bet the original would have given better resolution and reflected a more accurate sky blue color.

I gotta get some shots off the NAMM Custom Shop Adamas. That's got the gloss shiny CONTOUR bowl. Would act like a funhouse mirror. Dave
