Fishbreath pickup and op-24. natural finish, normal black and white binding, 2 piece epaulettes, oil finish neck, walnut elite f/b, deep noncutaway. No I don't have pictures but it's 9.9/10 condition, just 14 years old with very few miles. Hard case. Not cheap but reasonable. Send me an email if interested, we can talk.

Joined: August 2003 Posts: 4619 Location: SoCal | It arrived today...complete with a Transportation Security Administration "Notification of Baggage Inspection". Bill, it isn't a 9.9 of 10 - it is at least a 12 of 10!! Everything about the guitar is amazing - appearance, voice, playability. I had to compare it with the 1537...subtle differences, a little more bass here, a little more treble there BUT I PUT THIS GUITAR AT A PAR WITH THE 1537. Blasphamy? No...some of the guys will have a chance to play it. Not sure what a 1718 is supposed to sound like...this one is a winner. Will try it plugged in tomorrow. Bill, label says Garris underneath the 1718-X and above the serial number. Is there a story behind this? Pictures - maybe tomorrow if I have time. :) :D :) :D :) :D :)

He's a good friend and said, why don't you guys use a thin line saddle, the guys would buy them. I said if we do it needs to be in a stors so I made the first one with his name on the lable. We did a few more, not sure what happened to them. The collector's came along after this soon and had the thin line so I think te momentum went there. Larry is still there and loves to play golf.

After about 15 holes his friend asked him, "Why does a lousy golfer like you use such good golf balls?" I think the guy actually thought the Pro Vs were improving his game.
