I did try to turn the last one in to the eBay Authorities. I got an automatic response back.

Seems the only way to really upset ebay is to work a deal with someone behind their back. Go figure.

I hope this post is a beacon to members thinking they'll get "a deal"! Who's line was that "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"?
