Location: Colorado | I am selling a beautiful 2002 Ovation Collectors' Edition guitar that is in absolutely mint condition, with extremely limited playing time. It is serial number 740; somebody just sent me email that informs me that this was the very last instrument made during the 2002 production run!
Now, here's my question: Is this true? How can I verify if only 740 were made last year?

Yes, in the reference section of this site, is a list of all of the collectors series and the number produced each year. 2002 = 740
