Location: nashville | I have my eye on another ovation but I have to move this one out first. Here is your chance to have a great sounding back up, alturnative tuned, campfire or first nice guitar. A 1981 model. I keep this one at my parents house. The Good. I have upgraded the stock tuners w/ orginal ovaton gold tuners and added a factor trust rod cover, becasue I like that look. The Not too Bad cosmetic only and hardly noticeable. The headstock has one very small finish chip on the backside of one of the ears, I filled it with some dark wood putty. But their is no damage to the wood.. One samll finish ding on the top about the size of an eracer, and one very thin finish crack right up against the edge of the bridge on the low side about 1.5 inch long. Its so thin I did not see it untill after I got it home. I will take some photos tomorrow. May have to get one of the pros here to post them. The sound is just what you would expect More boom than my HD-28. I had it set up when I got it about 2.5yr ago.
I believe i am the 3rd owner but dont hold me to that. OHSC 30 years worth of mojo $400.00 plus actual shipping. |
