I just bought a Glen Campbell model 1127-4 off of eBay. Going by the serial number it's a 1974 model, and it isn't in the best of shape but man does it sound and play sweet!

My question is this, what does that 4 stand for? I've been looking through the forum but haven't seen anything indicating what that might mean.

The -4 means "Natural" finish.

In the Frequently Asked Questions area...
There is a subsection Model Numbers Decoded including Color Code

I hope that helps.

Ah thanks! I did look over there but didn't see that part.
