Location: Budd Lake, NJ | Watching the Princess Diana concert--at the end of Rod Stewart's number I catch a glimpse of some epaulets against a dark red background, and the mando solo was being done on what looked like an MM68. :) Can someone else verify that I wasn't hallucinating???? I thank you kindly.

Location: Lebanon, TN | Hey Karen we watched it live on MTV HD from 11am EST today. You were spot on in fact right at the beginning of Maggie May there was a full screen shot of the body as she was trilling the initial notes. I squeeled out making my wife and daughter look up from their PC's :-)
Actually there is a long association with the MM68 and Maggie May. I have seen maybe 15 performances live and on TV and I think almost all have had an MM68 used.
I hope you liked all the British flavor in the performers...made our little family quite happy I have to say :-) |
