In the meantime, when you post pics, make them smaller so that lazy f*&ks like me don't have to scroll back and forth to look at the pics and read the responses........ I re-sized all of those pics, and they only cross about half of my laptop screen. Strange. So here's the question for you photo-know-everythings: What's the optimum width (number of pixels) that's the best fit here? The ones on this thread were all re-sized to 1000 pixels wide. I HATE sideways scrolling. So Moody? Sorry about that. I thought I'd fixed'em so there would be no problems. And about my guitar closet. I realize no one else around here has this issue, but frankly I've got more guitars than I have space. But don't worry, none of them are left to languish. I try to use different guitars every week for practice and for church. Decisions...decisions...Which one to play today? Bet it's the Book. I just got it ya know. :D

I used to have a resolution of 1600 x 1200 on my 15.4" screen, but the eye doctor told me I didn't need glasses, I just needed to change the monitor resolution. No problem on the Mac since that monitor size is four acres. The iPhone automatically sizes the pictures and text to fit. Paul ... you can solve your problem by buying Apple! I generally size my pictures to a maximum width of 800 pixels. On topic ... Patch, that is beautiful but it has got me wondering ... am I the ONLY person that thinks the natural oil rubbed necks are the only way to go and that the gloss necks just don't have that smooth, great feel?

This leads to the length of the neck being glossed while the headstock and heel are still satin-looking. I personally don't care for that look, so I like to go glossed from the beginning. It's all personal preference of course. That's what makes it fun. :DOn topic ...
