Beach Boys- $6 James Taylor-$8 Jesse Colin Young-$5 Charlie Daniels- $5 Gregg Allman- $6.50 Etc.... Compare that to Hannah Montana @ $120.00

I paid I think $15 to $30 for Allman Bros, Boston, Seals and Crofts, Chicago, Harry Chapin, Boston, ELO, etc.. in the mid 70's $120 for Hannah Montana doesn't surprise me, I mean really... I can't blame her.. Sell out a stadium at $50 a seat or $150 a seat.. no brainier.

And if I suck, I warned them! Actually, it looks more like this... a bit slower __________ Concerts? The Band, Allman Brothers, Grateful Dead... $10 (free for me) Alice Cooper... $4.50, $5.50, $6.50 ZZ Topp... Free Jefferson Airplane... Free Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, Arlo Guthrie, bunch o' locals... Free Boston... $3 (first album release party, The Loft) The Hooters... Free w/ Free Beer (but they played "And We Danced" 3 times to get a good recording) Nobody is worth the money they are charging... But I am pissed that I missed CSNY for $50 in Vancouver WA!

I have a home that needs upkeep and yardwork, etc.....BUT, I still find as much time as I can to play my guitar. Maybe it's not for everyone, but I think it's important to never lose it. Play your guitar, I say.Originally posted by darkbarguitar: OK, fine. But conversely, don't let playing the damn guitar get in the way of life. Don't let life get in the way.
