I wish I could do that one over. Hindsight is 20/20. I'm not happy with the neck taper and I could have thinned the top more. Live and learn!

BFLG= BottomFeeders Luthiery Guild, or BottomFeeders League of Gentlemen, as you prefer.

This is currently en route and I will tackle it, so I guess that does kinda put me in BFLG status.

Reprobate cellar find

I will wear a dust mask when I un-box it. I may re-read The Hot Zone just to psych myself up. If I survive the mold spores I'll post the progress on my site.

Its all there. Just a matter of time. RE: Invasion of The Body Snatchers- probably not a high risk, but I would be vigilant for anachnids.

Ever vigilant. I used to collect bicycles. One time I was given some non-descript department store bikes from the 60s. I had my wife's Escort and stuffed them in the back. When I got home, I relaized that earwigs had been living in one of the rotted out tires. I disturbed them and they were crawling all through the car. Hundreds of them. Excuse me while I shake off imaginary bugs.

The 'ick' banjo will be taken outside, the case disposed of, compressed air and a brush will be used with extreme predjudice as a preemptive strike. Further decontamination procedures will be explored as needed.

Back to the bikes, if you see an old bike on display at a Cracker Barrel restaurant, it might be one of mine. When I purged, they all went to a guy who fixed them up for display there.

I was informed by another member on here that this guitar was not worth looking at.

Thanks Twisted. The search is still on. Does anyone still do layaway? It seems every time I get a chunk of money saved it has to go into the house.

I guess it's just the times we live in now...

A mere $1,130 :D I think I will wait until I get some more money saved up and buy from a OFC member. Looking for something mid-deep bowl.
