Location: Liverpool UK | Hi, i recently sold my Ovation 1617, which was stunningly beautiful and mint condition. Although it was never an issue for me, the new owner is complaining of the inbalance in the pickup, and is demanding I pay for a new one (at great expense, he claims). I have offered him his cash back, but won't accept that option. What i need to know is, where can I get a replacement pickup (piezo) and how much? This is a 1970s guitar with dual concentric pot. thanks in anticipation, and feel welcome to email me directly. |

I defer to our UK OFC'ers as to whether they recommend you contact the UK distributor or ? |

If he doesn't want or won't accept money back then it obviously is not really a problem and I would tell him to take a flying leap. |
