Location: Orlando, FL		I haven't been on this forum in quite awhile, and haven't played my Ovations in awhile either. So I was going to take my 1984 Ovation Custom Balladeer (acoustic, blonde top) (model 1112) to a guitar swap meet tomorrow to see what I might be able to get for it. It's in perfect condition; no scratches, dings, etc. The original Ovation case has a few scuff marks from sitting in the closet over the years, but otherwise is perfect. Has anyone sold one of these recently? If so, could you tell my what this might go for?

If there are a bunch of wood-box snobs there or not.
But all that you need is one person to see it and remember the Ovation that they had in high school.

As to price, I have no clue.
I am only used to eBay prices.

I know some people may find this weird, but I have paid less when buying in person.
I would recommend that you look around at the prices of other guitars, and price according.
Also look at Craigslist in your area to get an idea of the market.
Price high, but be will to negotiate.

Put new strings on it.
But if you do that you might decided to Keep It.

Location: Always beautiful canyon country of Utah		The night before the meet is possibly not the best time to begin researching prices?? Sell it on here. These folks know how good Ovations are. Swap meet folks won't know one guitar from another (well most of them anyway).
