"Mood For a Day" ... at least as much as I can play of it. I pick that one because it was one of the most difficult songs I figured out by ear. I also like "Father Christmas" by ELP.

Singing is just a sad story all the way around...

Playing...when I get tired I revert back to playing Toby Keith's "Should Have Been a Cowboy." (Yes, I grew up country :D )

Anything by Chris Tomlin just "feels" right, and right now I'm working on Steven Curtis Chapman's "I Will be Here," which I am supposed to sing at my brother's wedding in January.

Depends on the mood--a song called "Fear Not" when I'm loosening up my strum (lots of hammerin' on and pullin' off there), "Draw Me Close to You" for finger-picking, and "Roses in the Snow" when I'm in one of those "really-miss-Jack-now" moments (it was one of his favorite songs......)

Nothing I do resembles a song anyone would recognize. But, if I *could* do one song well, and it had to fit "me," it would have to be "Just Checked In" by Kenny Rogers and the First Edition.

I haven't heard the 'last song' since grade school. Good times.

My version of 'Johnny B Goode' flys off my finger tips.

Santana songs are hard at first and take alot of practice but once I learn them well enough, they flow.

I'm not much of a guitar player, so I guess, my singing makes up for it. My playing's limited to some folk melodies, fingerpicking mostly, with the likes of Jim Croce and James Taylor. I'd avoid barre chords whenever I could, cos they hurt my hands and fingers a lot, after playing them for a while.

Then again, I just want to stand back, watch and listen to others playing, as I enjoy the music as well ...

I do 4 or 5 Croce tunes well and our vocal ranges match. Hard Way Every Time suits me and it was the easiest to learn. It helped that they actually showed his guitar on the video and he didn't use a capo like he apparently did on the recording.
