Paid immediately by paypal and heard from him via email (gave him the address for the case to ship to since it was a gift). Never got any confirmation and heard nothing for about three weeks, so I tried contacting him via his phone number - it was disconnnected. Finally opened up a paypal claim and they were able to get about $10 bucks back. About a week shy of a month, he emails me and said that the case was on the way. It showed up a couple of days later and had been shipped FedEx...

However, as happens for some unkown reason on ocassion, the message on my cell was delayed, and I didn't receive the message until after the guitar arrived late Wednesday. He did send the guitar 2nd day, instead of ground, on his own dime due to his mistake. He was very apologetic on his message. I've decided to keep the 3 wood in the bag and not tear him up with negative feedback...give him the benefit of the doubt,,,I've made worse mistakes.

Give me a sharp knife, Duct Tape and enough Bubble wrap and I could survive anywhere. If I went to the Fishmarket and expected an email prior to a delivery I would be the one out of whack. But if you go to an online auction you should expect immediate and consistent communications. I know there some people that just avoid PC and such. Just stay off of ebay!

Then file a "Non Performing Seller" complaint on them! This is harder to find but if you look hard enough in the buyers tools you'll find it! This will get you some of your money back through ebay and it will get the seller suspended for good if the price is high enough! Good luck guy's! this procees take a lot of time but Ebay does help no matter how you paid these guy's. PAypal can help as well if this is the way you paid.

Joined: December 2003 Posts: 13996 Location: Upper Left USA | A Guitar-like box has been delivered to my house this a.m. amd drug inside by my daughter. I am at work and won't be home until 5:00 p.m. PST. What is wrong with this picture? Will the contents of this box contain an EliteT in relatively good condition or a box of rocks coated in Ricin? Will there be an apology or other explaination of why this was so difficult? Stay tuned! Film by 11:00!

Joined: December 2003 Posts: 13996 Location: Upper Left USA | Ok, Stephen28: In the interest of saving poor old Norsey from death by GAS or Spousal Stare Syndrome I make the following offer. My 1598CG and the contents of the mystery box that waits for me at home for the 1537 and the Walnut 12 string you have for sale! You will have a sparkling Adamas 12 string and a good story to tell whatever the outcome! I will have two nice Ovations and the comfort of knowing that Norsey is allowed in the same house he pays the mortgage for!

Pre-amp - OP 30 works fine. Sounds excellent even with old strings. Cost: $435 and anxiety. Still a good deal! I am trying to contact the Sender (Girlfriend's Parent?) to get the story before leaving feedback. Gotta go play my guitar now!

Something like "truck undercoating" I think. The effect is great and I would take this guitar anywhere! Originally I bought it with the intention of selling and advancing up the food stream. Just not for sale today :D
