The guy in the middle with the guitar; didn't he used to be with the "Carry On" gang?

...btw, one old Gal in the Rest Home, usually sits in her wheelchair in front of me and at the end of every tune, says (very loudly) "You sure play a mean fiddle!".....not sure just how to take that...

Yeah well, my grandmother always used to tell me I played good banjo.

She hated me.

(I am not now, nor have I ever been, a banjo player. Thank you Mr. McCarthy.)

What's the difference between a banjo and bagpipes?

The bagpipes burn longer, but the banjo burns hotter.

I've gotta give you credit for wearing that turban too, Tim. I would've been terrified that one of the audience might get up, grab me by the neck, give me a good shake and proclaim "THE JIFFY POP IS DONE!"

In the 4th picture down, you bear a striking resemblance to Carol Channing in "Hello Dolly"!

Seriously, what a wonderful thing to spend time brightening the day of some folks who may not get alot of day brightening. God Bless.

Something's wrong with those pictures. All I see are old people.

Tim,

The 4th picture down, are they the three wise men?

Na can't be, one of them has a banjo. :D

Seriously keep up the good work. Next week I'm singing at a hospital in Knoxville. Part of it is on closed circuit TV.

It's either me or wrestlemania. :D

Maybe the weather channel. Bill Cosby call's The Weather Channel "Mister Rogers Neighborhood for old people."

...oh, the joy to be able to make sooooooooooooooo many people laugh.....

..... looks more like the Depends Poster Boy!

..so, Cliff, whattaya think? can TMG use a banjo player? The banjo would really add zip to your Olivia Newton-John cover songs!

Tim, I've had a few laughs at your expense but I think that what you are doing for the older folks is wonderful. It's easy to laugh now (especially since you play banjo! ;) ) but we all (hopefully) are going to be old someday and may wish we had someone to bring a little music and happyness to our life........

Well, yeah. Good on you Tim.

However I plan to play 'till my fingers fall off and die before they hit the floor.

The devil's in the details.....

...a laugh at my expense is money well spent... if we can't laugh at ourselves or join with others to laugh at ourselves...then we're taking ourselves way too seriously!
