Location: Tampa, Florida | Okay, everyone was waiting so patiently, has anyone gotten their hands on one of these? I only see them at Elderly's. Is Ovation waiting for a full launch? The T seems way cool. Anyone? |

I'm with you on the T. Was in Edmond Music yesterday. The only USA O's they had were 2 LX's, 1 Adamas, and a 1778T in black. The T sounded great. I am not sure that particular Adamas sounded any better. Of course it was much prettier.
I am saving up for a T.

Location: Yucaipa, California | ...as I stated in another posting, a friend of mine was seriously chasing a Breedlove and singing its praises, until he played my 2001 Redwood. He then went down to GC, saw the Elite-T in Pewter, played it. buhbye Breedlove. He couldn't be happier! :D |

Location: Tampa, Florida | I have owned two 1778T's and loved them. THe second one I had and sold, like an idiot, was an LX'ed one. It was outstanding. I am wondering if the 6758T 12 string Elite T is that much more of a guitar tone wise, being a 12. Anyone played one of these? Or the Legend LX 12 string? |

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Played a Legend LX 12-string Monday evening at our local GC, as I mentioned in the "pet the herd" thread. The acoustic room guy and I got it out of the carton, he took off the tags, and I got the first tuning and playing. It was a GC-only amberburst color.
I liked the sound, but I didn't think it sounded quite as good as my Adamas Melissa Etheridge 12-string. A little warmer than the ME, but not that much. Didn't get the price, it was not ready to put out on the floor yet. I'm guessing around $1200-$1250 with case.
The Legend LX and Elite T 12-strings at Elderly are not out on the floor so that they can be played---I was there the day after Thanksgiving and they were not anywhere to be seen(they have a lot of basement storage).
