Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | I was thinking of maybe a guitar background on the navigation bar, and have it just randomly change to a different one anytime you visited. A few other things to clean up first, but not a bad suggestion. Maybe a "guitar of the month" featureat some point too. |

Only if it doesn't slow things up. I noticed that when a picture is included in a post it causes all posts to be off screen so I have to resort to the bottom slider to read all of the posts. Anything that slows things down cuts into the number of posts we can read and answer in our time limited world, and I'm retired. Think of those poor guys that are taking a quick look and have to get up and go to work in the AM. Speed Speed Speed.

That is totally based on what is posted. If someone posts a 1024 x 768 sized picture, and you only have your resolution set at 800 x 600.. well thar'ya go. That was actually the reason for coming up with the upload feature. To allow someone to just "link" to a picture instead of putting in the post. Once in awhile is fine, but I feel your pain :) I sometimes access the site via my PDA... not pretty.. |
