So at the moment I have six Ovation in the house.
So today I played the full rotation.

So deafeningly quiet around the OFC lately.
So somebody had to say... something.
So there.

So just curious what everyone else played today.

What have I picked up today? So far, 87 Collectors and my 81 Legend (1117). But the day is still young......

Woulda played several but my left thumb is sprained. The recent rotation has been a Hamer Newport electric, an Adamas Vipera electric, Adamas 2080, and an Adamas 1681 WT wood topped. I play all of the collection regularly, it just depends on which songs I play as to which guitar I play. There are several different tunings and, of course, different personalities of the different guitars.

96 Collector and 24 Adamas. Hope to do some kind of rotation schedule so none are neglected.

I've been wasting too much time on other things. The last one out was my 97 Collectors', only because I finally replaced the tuning buttons and changed the strings. I got new buttons for my birthday and I just realized that I bought the guitar as a birthday present for myself about 15 years ago. It needed new buttons then. Only took that long to check it off my "list" of projects.

So, I haven't played since a week ago Sunday when I played my Custom Koa 1768-X and my Book Mandolin.

So why? It was exam week for my classes and besides, I felt awful all week and was just trying to make it through Thursday, my last exam day.

So, I could start grading everything on Friday, don'tcha know.

So, of course, things didn't go to plan.

So, you see, late Friday, I started coughing up blood.

So, I wound up in the hospital first thing Saturday doing another round with pulmonary embolisms.

So, I didn't go to play at church on Sunday.

So, the good news? These stupid clots took a second big swing at me and seem to have missed again, as I am still standing! (At least when I'm up to it.)

So, here's hoping they don't get a third swing!

So, on the plus side, they sent me home today and told me to take it very, very easy.

So, here's the problem. My daughter graduates college on Friday, and my son graduates highschool a week from Friday.

So, as you might imagine, I have no intention of missing either of those events.

So, what's the moral of the story? Life waits for no embolisms!

So, there's also a second moral to this story. You never know when some schmuck is looking for a place to vent.

So, don't be surprised if that guy takes a theme thread and hammers the living daylights out of it just because he's stuck at home on his butt with nothing better to do!

So, by the way, Easter season ends this Sunday, and I will switch to some of my less flashy guitars in church. Maybe some of my redwoods.

So, guess what? I feel a little better now.

So ... thanks for the thread.
