My grandson sent us a letter from Kuwait and we are trying to reach him through his e mail address in Kuwait. He gave us an address of LuisStump@Salem.AF.mil, we were able to reach Salem but got a message that Luis was unknown. Any ideas?

Location: NJ | Is there any kind of documentation you can double check against? Perhaps it's "case sensitive" or there's a "." or "_" that he left out.

Try "luis.stump@salem.af.mil"
If that doesn't work leave out the "." between luis and stump.

And thanks to all for your help. I took Mike's advice and added a dot in Luis's name and I think I got through. We got three leters from Luis mailed at the first of the month on the 25th to the 27th, and he was wondering why he hadn't heard from us. He sent an e mail address that was wrong but we worked it down to where we were getting through to salem.af.mil but not to Luis. I sent a letter by snail mail but he may not see it for 2 weeks if his mail is an example. You guys are great, and this board is an oasis of niceness in a desert of crappiness.

I just checked my e mail and there were none of those dreaded "undeliverable" messages. I hope and pray we got through using luis.stump@salem.af.mil, he will not think we have forgotten him.
